Speaker Biography:
Charles Carlson is the CEO of Horizon Publishing, an investment newsletter publisher and is also the CEO of Horizon Investment Services, a money management company. He is the editor of the DRIP Investor and a contributing editor of Dow Theory Forecasts, both published by Horizon Publishing Company, an affiliate of Horizon Investment Services. Mr. Carlson is the author of eight books, including the bestselling Eight Steps to Seven Figures, Buying Stocks Without a Broker, Individual Investor Revolution, No-Load Stocks, and his latest, Winning with the Dow's Losers. His comments have appeared in such newspapers and magazines as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, Newsweek, U.S. News; World Report, The Washington Post, Money, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Barron's, and Kiplinger's Personal Finance. Mr. Carlson frequently appears on television and radio shows, including CNBC, CNN, NBC's Today Show, and Business Radio Network. He holds the designation of chartered financial analyst, has earned a Bachelor's degree in journalism from Northwestern University, and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.
