The participation of The Oxford Club/Mt. Vernon Research cruise is limited to the onboard educational seminars. The Oxford Club/Mt. Vernon Research and co-producer, InterShow, (the “Producers”) assume no responsibility or liability in connection with the services provided by Crystal Cruises. The Oxford Club/Mt. Vernon Research's reputation for meeting its professional obligations is distinguished, and they are very much looking forward to hosting you on this cruise, as are all their invited speakers. However, if they or any of their guest speakers are prevented, for reasons beyond their control, from speaking on this cruise, no claim can be processed against The Oxford Club/Mt. Vernon Research or InterShow. In the unlikely event that a speaker cancellation occurs, the cruise-ship sailing and other onboard seminars will still take place and pre-registered passengers are encouraged to maintain their plans. However, if you decide to cancel, Crystal Cruises’ cancellation policy (see Cabin Rates page) will apply. Cruise participants may want to consider buying cancellation protection insurance. Speakers are subject to change without prior notice.

The Producers of this Cruise make available to the seminar attendee a variety of independent sources that offer trading and investment advice and related services and products. This forum provides a unique opportunity for the attendee to become informed about trading and investment choices, to hear respected market specialists, to question speakers, to observe, evaluate, and compare. The Producers do not offer, sponsor or promote, directly or indirectly, any investment, trade, trading or investment advice, or information on any product or service offered by speakers. Every trader and investor should consider all advice and all offerings of products and services on their own merits and for suitability to the individual’s personal needs and circumstances.

The Producers have no responsibility or liability for the advice, offerings, or other actions of speakers. Speakers are independent business people or entities not subject to the Producers’ direction or control. The Producers have no standing and no means or processes by which we can adequately monitor or control a speaker’s oral or written representations. Accordingly, every investor or trader should undertake such due diligence investigation as he or she feels is necessary for any contemplated investment or trade. Nor can we investigate transactions by speakers or evaluate the merits of any dispute with a speaker. In these circumstances we suggest that if any dispute arises with a a speaker it should be pursued directly with the speaker and if the situation warrants use of any available remedy under appropriate law or regulations should be considered.

The Producers reserve the right to use your likeness or photograph taken on the Cruise for its own promotional purposes.

All content/material presented at this Cruise is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. By attending, you agree not to copy, reproduce, record, video, photograph, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material in any form other than for personal use, without the express written permission of the Producers. Exceptions are reserved only for members of the press with pre-approved press credentials from the Producers.

As consideration for the producers granting your request to participate on the Cruise, you hereby agree that during the term of the Cruise, you will not distribute materials or solicit other Participants at the Cruise in connection with any investment product or service, or any product, service or activity similar in nature to any product, service or activity promoted by or conducted by the producers or by any Participants on the Cruise.

By inquiring about this Cruise you acknowledge that the Producers may contact you by phone, email or fax concerning future cruises, events and/or productions for up to three months after this inquiry. By attending the Cruise, you acknowledge that the Producers have an “established business relationship” with you and therefore have the right to contact you by phone, email or fax concerning future cruises, events and/or productions for up to 18 months.

This notice and the respective obligations of the parties shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction and exclusive venue for any disputes shall properly lie in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sarasota County in the State of Florida.
