Stephen Biggar is the global director of equity research for Standard & Poor's, responsible for equity research efforts in US, Europe, and Asia. Prior to his current position, Mr. Biggar was director of US equity research. He is a member of Standard & Poor's Investment Policy Committee and Senior Portfolio Group. Mr. Biggar frequently appears in print and broadcast media discussing equity markets. Before joining Standard & Poor's, he covered financial services equities at Argus Research Corporation. Mr. Biggar holds a degree in economics from Rutgers University.
