Fausto Pugliese, founder and president of CyberTrading University, Inc., was one of the first independent daytraders to take advantage of the direct-access trading technology boom that started in 1987. In the early 1990s, he was one of the original SOES bandits on Wall Street. In Mr. Pugliese's years of active daytrading he acquired a wealth of knowledge from hands-on experience, working side-by-side with some of the most experienced market makers in the industry. He watched closely as they would strategize and take their positions in the stocks that they dominated and as a result, he capitalized on identifying the actions of dominant market makers and learned to follow their direction. This method is called "Shadowing the Dominant Market Maker," which has proven to be most effective when compared to other strategies, and allows Mr. Pugliese's students to follow the same analysis that market makers use when taking a position. At CyberTrading University, he and his staff of seasoned trading instructors teach over 400 new students every month, and he continues to teach this method of trading to individuals and large groups around the world. Mr. Pugliese has appeared on FOX News, CNBC, and dozens of radio programs in the US and Canada.
