Important Information for Attendees: The sole purpose of the seminars, conferences, and expos presented by the Producer of this Event is to make available to the attendees the sources of information independent of the Producer that offer trading and investment advice and related services and products. This forum provides a unique opportunity for the attendees to become informed about trading and investment choices: to hear respected market specialists, to raise questions to speakers and sponsors, to observe, evaluate, and compare. The Producer does not itself offer, provide, sponsor or promote, directly or indirectly, any investment, trade, trading or investment advice, or information on any product or service offered by speakers or sponsors, or associated or connected to any of the speakers or sponsors in any way. The Producer receives no fees or commissions from any sponsors based on their sales. All attendees should seek professional advice and consider all advice and all offerings of products and services on their own merits and for suitability to the individual's personal needs and circumstances before making any investment decision.

The Producer makes no representations in respect of any of the investment products and services of the sponsors and speakers, and assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for, including and without limitation the representations, advice, offerings, or any other acts or omissions of the sponsors or speakers. Sponsors and speakers are business people or entities independent to the Producer and not subject to the Producer’s direction or control. The Producer has no standing and no means or processes by which we can adequately verify, monitor or control a sponsor’s or a speaker's oral or written representations or any other acts or omissions. Accordingly, all attendees should undertake such due diligence investigation as may be necessary for any contemplated investment or trade. The Producer has no means of conducting any investigation in respect of transactions by or evaluate the merits of any dispute with a sponsor or speakers. In these circumstances we suggest that as any dispute as may be arising in connection with any sponsor or speaker should be pursued directly against the relevant sponsor or speaker and if the situation warrants use of any available legal remedy under appropriate law or regulations should be considered.

The risk of loss in electronic active trading or day trading can be substantial.  You should, therefore, carefully consider whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources. Attendees need to be wary of advertisements or other statements that emphasize the potential for large profits in active investing and day trading. Active investing and day trading can also lead to large and immediate financial losses.

By attending the Event, all attendees are deemed to have granted the Producer the right to take such photographic or video images of the attendees in whatever forms and stored in any medium. The Producer reserves the right to use your likeness or photograph taken at the Event for its own promotional purposes.

All content/material presented at this Event is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. By attending, you agree not to copy, reproduce, record, video, photograph, upload, post, transmit, publish or distribute any material in any form other than for personal use, without the express written permission of the Producer. Exceptions are reserved only for members of the press with pre-approved press credentials from the Producer.

Opt Out Procedure: During the registration process of this Event, you will be asked to opt-in or opt-out for future messages from the Producer and other third parties, such as speakers and sponsors. If at any time you wish to change your opt-in status, or be removed from future mailing lists, you can do so at anytime, at no charge. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that the Producer has a legitimate business interest in attracting sponsors, speakers, media partners, sponsors, other attendees, and other participants (collectively “Participants”) to the Event. Based on this, and as consideration for the Producer granting your request to participate at the Event, you hereby agree that during the term of the Event, you will not distribute materials or solicit other Participants at the Event in connection with any investment product or service, or any product, service or activity similar in nature to any product, service or activity promoted by or conducted by the Producer or by any Participants at the Event. The Producer reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to grant registration or revoke the registration of any prospective attendee determined to have previously engaged in disruptive or inappropriate behavior or to have violated other conditions for attendance at prior Producer events, and to eject or refuse entry to any attendee exhibiting similar behavior.

By inquiring about this Event, or requesting registration for the Event, you agree to have given consent to the Producer that it may contact you by phone, email or fax concerning future events and/or productions for up to 18 months after the Event.  By attending the Event, you acknowledge that the Producer has an "established business relationship" with you and therefore has the right to contact you by phone, email or fax concerning future events and/or productions for up to 18 months. This notice and the respective obligations of the parties shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law provisions. Jurisdiction and exclusive venue for any disputes shall properly lie in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sarasota County in the State of Florida.

Agreeing to be scanned in a workshop/presentation or exhibit booth equates to an inquiry about that company’s products and/or services and an approval by you to receive future contacts and/or information from the company involved for up to three months.
