Phillip Breeding is a regional brokerage consultant in New Hampshire for Fidelity Active Trader Services. Mr. Breeding's primary responsibility is to educate both employees and clients about the trading tools and services provided by Fidelity Investments. He also conducts local seminars on educational topics, including fundamental and technical trading, research and options, market mechanics, and trading software. Mr. Breeding is a Certified Financial Planner, chartered retirement planning counselor, member of the Market Technicians Association, and holds Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. He graduated from Geneva College with a BA in history and philosophy and the University of New Hampshire with an MAT in history. Mr. Breeding is currently an MS financial planning degree candidate at Bentley College and is actively pursing the Chartered Market Technician designation.
