Highlights from The Money Show - Washington DC

Nancy Zambell, ,

Still energized from the unprecedented results of the presidential election the night before, thousands of investors came together seeking advice from the experts at The Money Show Washington DC.

There, they participated in more than 150 workshops and panel discussions focused on weathering—and profiting—from the upheaval in financial markets across the globe. And while the markets may continue their volatility for the near future, the investors attending the show were very optimistic.

They flocked to the exhibit hall, where they had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with their favorite experts from the financial industry, as well as representatives from some of the leading companies in the country.

Keynote speaker Steve Forbes captivated the audience with his analysis of the economy and markets and his predictions for the policies and strategies of the incoming new administration in Washington, DC. Investors also gained keen market insight from distinguished speakers Knight Kiplinger, Edwin Finn and Lawrence Kudlow.

Whether their interest was short- or long-term, stocks, mutual funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), or income investments—investors found plenty of opportunities to learn about the latest strategies and recommendations from the best minds in the financial industry.

At MoneyShow.com, our Best of Show features will give you direct links to three timely advisor interviews and our top three video Webcasts, featuring tips to protect your portfolio, the best growth stocks and ETFs to buy now, and a panel discussion of investments with the most post-election potential.
