Head west on NV-593/E Tropicana Avenue toward Paradise Road. Continue to follow NV-593. Turn left at South Las Vegas Boulevard. Turn right at Mandalay Bay Road. Turn left toward South Las Vegas Boulevard. Slight right at South Las Vegas Boulevard. Mandalay Bar Resort and Casino is on the Right.
