Speaker Biography:
Joe Kinahan, thinkorswim's chief derivatives strategist, joined thinkorswim in January 2006 and still instructs many of thinkorswim's Option Planet seminars. Previously, Mr. Kinahan served as vice president for Saen Options and managing director of options for Van der Moolen USA. While primarily an independent trader, he has worked for ING Bank and Blue Capital. Mr. Kinahan spent 18 years in the S&P100 (OEX,XEO) pit as well as two years in CCSCO/ORCL. He began his career as a CBOE market maker in 1985 and is still a member of the exchange's arbitration committee. Mr. Kinahan is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg Television, and Bloomberg Radio and is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal and many other reputable publications.
