Speaker Biography:
Timothy Sykes is the founder and president of BullShip Press, LLC and the author of An American Hedge Fund. Mr. Sykes is a regular CNBC commentator and has a stock trading blog at www.timothyskes.com. His feat of turning $12, 415 of Bar Mitzvah gift money into $2 million before his college graduation landed him on Trader's Monthly's 2006 "Top 30 under 30" list and his hedge fund, Cilantro Fund Management, LLC, was ranked as the number one short bias hedge fund for three consecutive years by Barclays. Mr. Sykes starred on Wall Street Warriors, a reality show about seven Wall Street employees, and has been featured on ABC, CNN, Fox, MSN Money, TheStreet.com, MarketWatch.com, Reuters, Institutional Investor, and in BusinessWeek and The New York Times.
