This all-day course is an intensive condensed version of Linda Raschke and LBRGroup's annual 3-day seminar. Come well rested as we start off learning the key to finding the edge by quantifying technical structure. Using this as a departure point, we will study the three most important patterns you need to know. These pinpoint the "sweet spot" in the data. You will then understand when the odds favor playing for a fixed small target, large target, or trailing a stop. LBRGroup's latest research will be provided to back up the statistics for this purely technical, model driven structure.
The second part of the session will incorporate conceptual tools such as: how to trade the early moves off the opening price, how to determine the odds for a trend day in the first 30 minutes, when to look for regression to the mean or a trading range market, time of day functionality, and how to recognize when the higher time frame player is present. Intraday index futures scalpers and stock traders will learn how market internal indicators have changed in the past three years and the best strategies for today's environment. Stock traders will learn the number one relative strength pattern, all formulas and code are included. Lastly, Linda will share her favorite set-ups that lend themselves best towards position trades, including her best trailing stop technique for trend trades.
The third part of the workshop covers how to construct a trading program based on components presented in the first two sessions. A trader will not have success until they create their own trading program that best suits their temperament. What style will best suit you? A trader needs to have a consistent methodology they can "specialize" in. Linda will outline in explicit detail the four programs that she trades for her hedge fund.
