Interested in trading stocks with strong momentum and positive smart money sentiment? We ran a screen with that idea in mind.

We began by screening the tech sector for stocks with positive market sentiment, rallying above their 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages. Then we screened for those with bullish sentiment from short sellers, with significant decreases in shares shorted month-over-month. This indicates that short sellers are less bearish on these names than they were a month ago.

Here is the list sorted by increase in shares shorted as a percentage of share float.

1. Glu Mobile (GLUU) engages in the design, marketing, and sale of casual and traditional mobile games worldwide. The stock is currently trading around 18% above its 20-day moving average, 23% above its 50-day MA, and 50% above its 200-day MA.

The stock is currently trading 5.68% above its 20-day moving average, 7.63% above its 50-day MA, and 25.07% above its 200-day MA.
