Speaker Biography: John Connor is the founder and portfolio manager of the Third Millennium Russia Fund (TMRFX). He was named #1 portfolio manager by Barron's in both 2004 and 2006. Mr. Connor is the author of Out of the Red: Investment and Capitalism in Russia (John Wiley & Sons, 2008).
