      David Brown is a co-founder and chief market strategist of Sabrient Systems, an independent stock research firm and editor of Trader’s Talk and the Sabrient Investor’s Hedge Portfolio, both published by GreenFaucet.com. He is a former NASA scientist, author of several investing books, and past CEO of Telescan, Inc., where he developed the critically acclaimed stock search program, ProSearch. In 1988, Mr. Brown was named Stock Traders Almanac’s Man of the Year for "(showing) the average investor how to spot the stocks that the hottest money managers are buying." He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Houston and a BS in engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
