  Merlin Rothfeld
    

  Merlin Rothfeld is an instructor for Online Trading Academy. He offers students a well-diversified perspective of the trading life, including his experience with trading strategies in long-term and short-term investing and high-volume scalping. Mr. Rothfeld trades daily and has been actively involved in the financial markets for the last ten years. From 2001 to 2005, he worked in Italy building curricula and programs to teach the European community the inner workings of the financial markets and the best methods to access these markets. During this time, Mr. Rothfeld had the opportunity to learn and trade most of the European markets. He was also a professor at the Universita Politecnica Delle Marche, a finance specialty school, where he created the first dedicated trading lab at a European university.
