      Simon Roy is the executive vice president of corporate development for Jemstep, and has been involved as an investor, consultant, and chief executive officer in several successful Silicon Valley companies. He served as CEO of successful enterprise start-up Accrue Software, which was subsequently listed on NASDAQ. Prior to that, Mr. Roy acted as a senior consultant with McKinsey and Company for several years, serving financial institutions in New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business science from the University of Cape Town and his MBA in finance with distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
