Welcome to the New MoneyShow.com

This week, MoneyShow.com has gone through a massive makeover, with a brand-new look and feel and much more new content.
I'd like to briefly walk you through our new site and introduce you to some of our new features and tools.
First of all, we've launched two major new features on the investing side and several for traders.
Noted commentator and award-winning personal finance columnist Terry Savage will write SavageMoney, an exclusive blog on investing and personal finance that will encourage user participation as part of an effort to build community on MoneyShow.com. Terry writes in a clear, lively style about some of the timeliest issues that affect people's wallets, and her wealth of knowledge gives her great credibility.
We've also started a brand-new section on Global Investing. Edited by respected commentator and newsletter writer Nancy Zambell, Global Investing will offer daily Q&As, perspectives, and investment recommendations from leading advisers based in major markets around the globe. This is particularly timely when Americans invest more and more of their money overseas and all investing has truly become global.
Also on our main Investing page, we offer Options Corner, daily commentary from the options experts at Schaeffer's Investment Research, as well as charts, discussions of trading opportunities, and more.
In addition, MoneyShow.com has expanded its features aimed at our growing audience of active traders. They include:
- Trading Idea of the Day: MoneyShow.com contributors will discuss what they believe is a good trading opportunity that day.
- Technical View: MoneyShow.com editor Tom Aspray offers his insights into aspects of each day's most interesting charts.
- Bar-by-Bar Trade Review: Experts break down trades step by step to help traders review why they made a trade, how they managed it, and why they closed out their position.
- Currency Corner: This features daily news and information about foreign currency trading, so traders can make intelligent decisions about the short-term direction of major currencies.
We post new articles and interviews daily, several times a day, so if you don't want to miss anything, you should bookmark www.MoneyShow.com and come back frequently.
We've also added a new set of Investing Tools, in cooperation with some of our leading partners. From Morningstar.com, we offer Stock, Fund & ETF screeners and Portfolio Instant X-RayR, which allows you to see instantly how diversified and well positioned your portfolio is. In my humble opinion, it's one of the most valuable investing tools on the Web, and you can access it right here.
MarketGauge provides us with their unique Market Overview, Market Analysis, and Market Hotspots data. They let you see which sectors and stocks are rising and falling over several different time periods, so you can make better investment and trading decisions.
And Louis Navellier, one of the best performing investment managers of his generation, has shared with us his PortfolioGrader Pro. You can plug in thousands of stock ticker symbols and see how your favorites rank in Louis's system. It's a great reality check for any investor.
To keep up with how well you're doing, we're offering the topnotch Portfolio Tracker from SmartMoney.com.
We also have new stock data and have revamped our search function to provide more relevant results. And don't forget our vast selection of live and on-demand Webcasts, our in-depth courses on MoneyShow University, and the 1,000 interviews and monologues we've done on our Video Network.
We've also reorganized our whole site, so that you can easily get information on the topics that interest you. If you click on Investing, for example, right below the MoneyShow.com logo on the top of the home page, you'll see we've divided up all our content into four subject areas: The Markets; Stocks, Bonds, & Commodities; Mutual Funds, ETFs, & REITs, and Global Investing.
Our robust Trading area is similarly divided into Trading Strategies & Techniques; Stocks, Options, & ETFs, and Commodities, Futures, & Forex. Those individual pages will gather all the relevant articles, Webcasts, and videos on those topics together on one page, so each investor and trader can find the information he or she needs most.
You'll see at the very top of our home page state-of-the-art video interviews and monologues from some of the biggest names in the business, like Joe Battipaglia, Jon Najarian, Mark Skousen, and Bernie Schaeffer.
Right below that we have combined our popular Top Pros' Top Picks and Gurus' Views & Strategies articles into a section called Today's Market Opinions. You can see the topic area of each article (Stocks, Funds, Markets, ETFs) in a gray box right next to the headline.
To the right of that, we have a brand-new market chart with the performance of several major markets, updated throughout the trading day, just below Daily Market Commentary provided by InvestorPlace Media LLC. Traders will also note our Tips for Traders and Trading Idea of the Day to the left of the page, directly below the top video.
Our goal is simple: to be the most comprehensive investing education destination on the Web today and a source of ideas that can make you a more knowledgeable, successful investor or trader. We think our new site will help achieve that by giving you more timely tools and ideas and helping you find them more easily.
So, why not give it a try? To view all our new daily content, tools, and interactive education for investors and traders, bookmark and come back several times a day. You can also sign up for our special daily and weekly e-letters with links to our very latest articles and videos.
We've been through a brutal market over the last few months and many of us have the scars to prove it. But at times like this, you need even better information to help you stay ahead of the curve. I can't think of a better place to find it than the new MoneyShow.com.
Welcome!Howard R. Gold is executive editor of MoneyShow.com.
