Kevin Kennedy of Coolcat Total Stock Market Report is stocking up on blue chips, although with a cautious hand, using picky entries and fairly tight stops. He is adding the following positions, in his Dynamic Blue Chips portfolio, which focuses on dividend-paying stocks with market capitalizations of more than $25 billion:
