Focus: ETFS

ProShares UltraShort MSCI Emerging Markets (EEV)-This exchange-traded fund (ETF) seeks to produce appreciation corresponding to the inverse of the daily performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (EEM).

From Oct. 10 to Oct. 14, EEV fell from $207 to $88, and by the end of last week it ran to above $182.

This is not for the fainthearted or those who can't afford the risk. But for those qualified to take the risk, EEV could provide the power needed to profit from the fall now occurring in many emerging markets.
