Our first project, PV Block 97 (a wholly owned subsidiary of Parking Vault LLC) is located in downtown Houston and is a 1,400-space all-automated parking garage that will park up to 16 cars per minute. This half block is surrounded by numerous parking uses from office, public, sporting events, concerts, dining, hotels, courthouse, and the convention center.
