Peter Brimelow is a columnist for MarketWatch.com. Throughout his career, he has served in various editorial positions such as: senior editor for Forbes and National Review; associate and contributing editor for Barron's, associate editor for Fortune, contributing editor for the Financial Post, business editor for Maclean's Magazine, and guest editor for The Wall Street Journal. Additionally, Mr. Brimelow was a columnist for the London Times, Toronto Sun, and Financial Post, and served as economic counsel to US Senator Orrin G. Hatch from 1979-1981. He is the author of The Wall Street Gurus: How You Can Profit From Investment Newsletters, The Patriot Game: Canada and the Canadian Question Revisited, Alien Nation: Common Sense About America's Immigration Disaster, and The Worm in the Apple: How the Teacher Unions Are Destroying American Education. Mr. Brimelow is an editor of VDARE.com, president of the Center for American Unity, and a senior fellow for the Pacific Research Institute. He was the recipient of the Fulbright Award as well as the Gerald Loeb Award, and received a citation for the Royal Bank/Toronto Press Club Award. Mr. Brimelow received a BA (Honors) from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom and an MBA from Stanford University.
