About Darin

Darin Davis has over 19 years of real estate experience involving acquisition, development, management, and dispositions. In 2009, Mr. Davis co-developed his first multi-family project in Austin, TX. Since then, he and his business partners have focused their efforts on the multi-family sector primarily in the Texas marketplace. As a sponsor and general partner, Mr. Davis has directly participated in securing over $400M in debt and equity for acquisition and ground-up construction. He is experienced in public-private partnerships and HUD-insured loan products.
