About Michael

Michael Weil is the chief executive officer for The Necessity Retail REIT (Nasdaq:RTL) and is a founding partner of AR Global Investments, LLC, a $14 billion asset manager of publicly traded and non-traded REITs. He is also the CEO of New York City REIT and Healthcare Trust, Inc. Formerly, Mr. Weil served as executive vice president of AR Capital, where he supervised the origination of investment opportunities for all AR Capital-sponsored investment programs. He served as president of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investment Securities Association, now known as the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA).
