Bitcoin was designed to be a currency without borders, allowing friction-free commerce with no interference from governments around the world. So far it has turned out to be much less a medium of exchange but a store of value. In this 45-minute presentation I will look at the pros and cons of trading Bitcoin and its possible future as the "digital replacement for gold".
