Matthew Skelly

Matthew Skelly is the head of investor relations and capital markets for Atlas Pipeline Partners (NYSE: APL), a $2bn market capitalization midstream natural gas gathering and processing master limited partnership (MLP). Atlas Pipeline gathers and processes natural gas and natural gas liquids in the mid-continent region of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Prior to Atlas Pipeline, he was an investment banker for J.P. Morgan, covering financial institutions, particularly banks and thrifts, during the credit crisis. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Skelly was a senior advisor at Taylor Rafferty, conducting investor relations consulting to management teams of over 70 non-US public companies across 20 countries. He earned a Bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and also holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
