The Dow Jones Transports were up Wednesday and are higher again near mid-session on Thursday even though the Industrials are lower. The chart looks positive and the daily OBV is rising strongly. The 38.2% retracement resistance at 343 is the next upside target as the 23.6% resistance has been overcome.
