The Summation Index is still below its declining WMA. It has flattened out over the past few days. The McClellan Oscillator (not shown) has risen from oversold levels and is now just below the zero line. It could move above zero with positive A/D numbers today, but if it turns lower instead, it would be a negative sign for the markets.
