Strong market action on Wednesday as the A/D numbers were bullish. The NASDAQ and S&P 600 were up twice as much as the S&P 500 and Dow, but only the NASDAQ made new rally highs. The RS is above its WMA, but recently broke its uptrend and needs to move above resistance to reaffirm its leadership over the S&P 500.
