The Dow Transports were quite strong last week as they closed well above the major 50% resistance level. The next major upside targets are in the 4250 area with good support now at 3800-3850. A/D lines confirmed last week’s highs, but the major averages do look vulnerable to a pullback and a dollar rebound could help.
