Valued at $10.2 billion, Oscar Health Inc. (OSCR) is a digital health insurance company. The Trend Seeker issued a new “Buy” signal on Sept. 3. Since then, the stock has lost 2.88%, but it scored a five-year high of $33.55 in late August, writes Jim Van Meerten, analyst at Barchart.

OSCR exhibits strong technical momentum. The stock has a weighted alpha of 76.4, a 96% “Buy” opinion from Barchart, and a 55.9% gain over the past 52 weeks.

Meanwhile, it sports a 50-day moving average of $30.51 and a 60-month beta of 2.3. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 52.4 and there’s a technical support level around $31.90.

The Wall Street analysts followed by Barchart give the stock three “Strong Buy,” one “Moderate Buy,” seven “Hold,” and one “Moderate Sell” opinions, with price targets between $25 and $39. CFRA’s MarketScope rates the stock as “Strong Buy.” Some 17,560 investors are following the stock on Seeking Alpha, which also rates it a “Strong Buy.”
