Few investments can match the gains generated by emerging markets, especially those that are bouncing back from extended declines, explains Jim Powell, editor of Global Changes & Opportunities Report

Since January 1, three of our recommended emerging markets funds have been particularly strong â€" the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF (EWZ) the iShares MSCI India Fund (INDA) and the Market Vectors Russia ETF (RSX).

I am also adding the Global X FTSE Argentina 20 ETF (ARGT) to my buy list. The country’s $100 billion debt default was 16 years ago, currency export controls have been lifted, inflation is down from 4.5% to 1.5%, consumer and business spending are increasing, and the economy is recovering.

With the emerging funds you must expect a volatile ride, but the reward should be worth the scares. Investors who would like a more diversified emerging market investment should consider the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM)
