Dark Pool Weekly Whisper Video: Nvidia, Gilead, Twitter
04/12/2018 4:49 pm EST
Stefanie Kammerman, The Stock Whisperer, to tell you the Whisper of the Week: NVDA, GILD, TWTR. in my weekly Thursday video under six minutes and my transcript. And recaps of last time: FB, DBO, XOM, OIH, RIG, GLD.
But before we get to the hot picks this week April 11, we gotta go over last week, April 4.
Facebook (FB). You guys this was a fantastic trade this week. We were bullish above those prints we spotted last week at $152.56 and $153.96. In fact, the level we were watching was $160, we broke above that. And wow, it popped to $168 and change.
And, we didn’t see anything big coming in April 11, so keep your eye on that one.
Also, oil. We have been loving oil since February when I showed you at the TradersExpo New York during my live webcast presentation: hot stocks to buy right now, where I showed you seasonality on oil, combined with Dark Pool prints coming in on PowerShares DB Oil Fund ETF (DBO). Wow!
This has had a monster move last week where we were still bullish above $11.07
And the last two days this week you can see she just exploded. April 11 we had a 6 million print at $11.42 and April 10, a 6 million print at $11.25. It just keeps climbing higher, so watch $11.50.
Also, we loved ExxonMobil (XOM), nice prints coming in finally on this. It has been a long time. We were bullish above $75 and it finally had a really nice pop the last two days. So hope you guys got a piece of that.
But guess what we spotted April 11? Very unusual prints on oil. You don’t get them very often, but VanEck Vectors Oil Services ETF (OIH) $25.85, a 500,000 share print. So we’re going to be bullish this week above $26. You can see there’s a lot of room to go to the upside. And I love charts like that where there’s no resistance ahead.
Also Transocean (RIG), we got some really nice prints coming in at $10.75 April 11. An 800,000 share print. I was tweeting that out like a maniac on my Dark Pool app and you can see it closed well above that. As long as it stays above $10.75, I still love it.
So what else did we watch last week?
Gold, we had that massive print on SPDR Gold Shares ETF (GLD) at $126.78 and we were bullish above $127.50 and it popped April 11.
Let me just show you the weekly chart. We’ve got to follow these prints. These are the guys that are moving these stocks. Here is the weekly chart of the gold futures and I know that I’m not the only one watching these levels.
This has been a resistance level since all the way back in July 2013. This long green trend line here I’m going to just zoom in so you can see, that each time we’ve gone up above it, the sellers have come in on the week and pushed it down. So this could be the week that we close above it and if we do, there’s a lot of room to go to the upside. $1400 would be my first target and then $1450 would be high and upper resistance. So keep your eye on that.
Also, Nvidia (NVDA). Wow, we got something April 11, a massive unusual print 500,000. That’s a lot when it comes to Nvidia at $228. This is going to have a very big move. On the upside, going long I am going to be bullish above $230. And I can see a pop to about this $240 level. And on the downside, I’m going to be bearish below $225. And I can see a big move to the downside to $210, $200. This is definitely going to be a mover. You can always strangle these which is deifinitely my favorite way if I’m unsure if it’s smart money buying or selling.
And if you don’t know how to do that, come into my live trading room I’ll show you how to do that.
We had another big print on Gilead Sciences (GILD). I don’t like to trade biotechs, but wow, 1 million traded April 11 at $74.56.
The reason I don’t like to trade biotechs is because we don’t know if there’s going to be a drug that doesn’t get approval. And so there’s definitely a higher risk.
I like to use options. That’s the only way I’m going to trade this. And I’m going to be bullish above $75 and I’m going to be bearish below $74 for Gilead.
Also, Twitter (TWTR) had a big print April 11. 500,000 shares at $29.20, so I am going to be bullish if Twitter can break and close above $30. A lot of room on the upside if she can do that.
So, come me trade stocks in my Live Trading Room. I trade live all day long calling out my entries and exits. Download my Dark Pool app. Put in the search bar Dark Pool and you’ll see the app. Download it today. You’ll see where the smart money’s going, where the Dark Pool is going.
