As of December 31 2021 GNL owned a growing 309 property 39.3 million square foot portfolio located in 11 countries and territories (59% US and 41% Europe and Canada), leased to 138 tenants in 51 industries which were 99% leased with a weighted average remaining lease term of 8.3 years.  54% of the portfolio is comprised of industrial/distribution assets, 42% are office assets and 4% are retail. 62.6% of GNL’s straight line rent is derived from investment or implied investment grade tenants and nearly 94% of its leases include contractual rent increases.
