Founded in 2011, SGR Energy is a fast-growing company based in Houston, Texas, that blends fuel for the power generation and maritime shipping industries. We also trade and deliver physical crude oil internationally as well. Our CEO has 30 years of experience in the refined products industry, and a vision for SGR to be the largest fuel oil blender in the world over the next 10 years. SGR Energy is raising capital to acquire the necessary assets to expand the company’s infrastructure and deliver on a significant backlog of contracts for our cleaner-burning low-sulfur fuels. We have been raising capital since January 2016 and our shareholders have enjoyed a 12% annual dividend that has been paid out 3% per quarter even when oil prices have been low. In addition, we are positioning the company for the public markets and what we believe will be an opportunity for a 10x multiple to shareholders investing today.
