We are a NYSE (MPW) traded real estate investment trust that acquires, develops, and leases healthcare facilities providing state-of-the-art healthcare services. We lease our facilities to experienced healthcare operators pursuant to long-term net-leases, which require the tenant to bear most of the costs associated with the property. We focus on acquiring and developing rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, regional and community hospitals, women's and children's hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers as well as other specialized single-discipline and ancillary facilities.
