Julian Vogel

Having joined Colony Hills Capital in 2019, Julian Vogel is the Fund Manager and has since been instrumental in successfully sourcing and structuring approximately $624 million of debt and equity for both direct acquisitions and for the first and second Catalyst Real Estate Funds. Over his career, Mr. Vogel has personally worked on sourcing and structuring over $1 billion worth of debt and equity for a variety of different commercial real estate transactions and markets.
