Tom Dinsmore

Tom Dinsmore, president of the Closed-End Fund Association, is chairman and portfolio manager of Bancroft Fund, Ltd. (BCV) and Ellsworth Fund, Ltd. (ECF) and chairman of Dinsmore Capital Management. A member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts and the CFA Institute, he is on the ICI's Closed-End Fund subcommittee. Mr. Dinsmore received a BS in economics from the Wharton School of Business and an MA in economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
