Auto Parking Vault is the only automated, high density, high-speed, cost-effective parking solution for the 21st century, designed to compete with high rise concrete parking decks while saving 50% of the real estate and 83% of carbon emissions. Adapting proven, patented automated warehouse technology, Auto Parking Vault also increases safety for customers and their vehicles by automating the human valet function.
Auto Parking Vault has secured the capital stack for the first project in downtown Houston. We plan to close in Q2 2022 and begin construction immediately after closing. PV Block 97, LLC will park 1400+ cars and trucks at a speed of up to 16 cars per minute. This will be the largest automated parking system in the USA and second largest in the world. It will be the fastest in the world by 20+times. We will save 83% of the carbon emissions and produce 98% of our power from the solar system on the roof.
We are raising $2.0M in a special purpose entity to develop the phone app for the Houston project. The app will be used by the customer to park and retrieve their vehicle as well as pay for the parking.
