Lance Pederson

Lance Pederson currently serves in the integrator role for Parsons Villas. In his role as the integrator, Mr. Pederson ensures that the team is in constant alignment and continually focused on accomplishing the more important strategic objectives that will propel the firm toward fulfilling its mission and vision. He also heads up the capital management arm of the company where Mr. Pederson leads the capital raising efforts and manages the day-to-day operations of the company's investment fund.
