Mark Frohnmayer has led Arcimoto from startup in 2007, through eight generations of prototype vehicles and a Nasdaq-listed Regulation A IPO, to an electric vehicle manufacturer now in retail production. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in electrical engineering and computer science.
