Wayne Kirk

Wayne Kirk is executive vice president of special operations at Reef Securities, Inc., (RSI), a member of FINRA and SIPC. Before joining RSI, he acquired a diverse range of experience working as a general building contractor, real estate developer, ranch developer, and cutting-horse breeder, in addition to working in various roles at a number of enterprises. Mr. Kirk has more than seven years of experience advising clients about oil and gas investment opportunities and holds Series 22 and 63 securities licenses. He is a member of investment associations affiliated with real estate, including the National Exchange Council (NEC). Mr. Kirk is also a member of the National Football League Player's Association (NFLPA) Financial Advisor's Program.
