Nick Dolya

Nick Dolya is executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Chambers Street Properties. Prior to joining Chambers Street Properties, He was director of capital markets for CBRE Advisors LLC, from April 2007 to June 2012. Mr. Dolya was responsible for capital-raising activities, including coordinating relationships with the dealer manager, participating brokers, transfer agents, and marketing agents. From 1998 to 2007, he was senior vice president of operations for CNL Capital Markets. Mr. Dolya received a BBA. from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business, Orlando, Florida.
