Jennifer Anderson

Jenn Anderson is the Managing Director of Advisor Engagement. The Advisor Engagement team seeks to be a strategic partner to our Advisory Businesses in all aspects of their growth journey and are a primary resource for sharing of best practices and building community across the Hightower network. Most recently, Jenn was a Vice President at Insight Partners, a leading venture capital and private equity firm. At Insight, she led strategic initiatives across the organization as a member of Insight's Onsite team of operators and growth experts. She brings deep experience in the Wealth Management Industry, having spent many years at Focus Financial Partners, partnering with Advisors on a wide-range of organic growth initiatives. Jenn received an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business along with a BA from Hamilton College.
