Eddy Boudiwan is an action-oriented, results-driven, passionate leader, with extensive experience in real estate investing and project management throughout Canada and the US. For the past 11 years, he led the real estate investments for a North American property management and investment group, where he played a key role in heading the acquisition, underwriting, asset management, and disposition process, including overseeing capital expenditure programs.At Equiton Partners, Mr. Boudiwan is responsible for identifying and acquiring a diversified portfolio of investments with the objective of value creation and asset appreciation for our partners.
