Alex Clug

Alex Clug co-founded Avra Medical Robotics, Inc., which he merged with SS Innovations, Inc. (OTC: SSII) in April 2023. Mr. Clug was also the founder and CEO of Alta Gold S.A., focused on a mine previously owned by Glencore in the South of Peru. Mr. Clug was a Partner, CFO, and COO of DC Associates, a New York-based private equity firm focused on both public and private investments in the small and midcap space. He was previously CEO and president of eTelix Telecommunications, lived in Venezuela and successfully built the operations of this Latin American Telco from seed-funding to a sales force of 6,000. Mr. Clug graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy, has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, and served with distinction as a Captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers.
