Neil Sherlock

Neil Sherlock is the vice president of capital markets at Starpoint Properties. He directs the firm's investment and capital strategies, including the structuring and management of various private investment vehicles, capital raising (debt and equity) initiatives, and acquisition/disposition activities. Mr. Sherlock also oversees Starpoint's investor relations program, plus he sits on the firm's Acquisitions Committee, and its Risk Management Committee. Prior to joining Starpoint, Mr. Sherlock held a similar role as vice president of finance & capital markets at Landmark Dividend LLC, a prominent real estate and infrastructure investment company.
