Jen Gloss

With more than 20 years industry experience, Jen has partnered with advisors to implement strategic and tactical strategies to enhance their client experience, drive growth, profitability and productivity of their businesses. Jen has held many leadership roles in sales, marketing, education, government relations and served as a financial advisor. Jen applies her diverse experience to help advisors build great businesses and improve the experience of the clients they serve. Jen holds a BBA from Thomas More College, a Master's of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University.
