Steven Miszkowicz

Steven Miszkowicz is president, managing member, and a CCIM of Entrust Chicago, LLC, where he is responsible for account development and management for a geographic area that includes all of Illinois and portions of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Missouri. He joined Entrust Administration, specialists in the third-party administration of self-directed retirement plans, including IRAs (both traditional and Roth), SEP-IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, and Defined Contribution Plans, in 2004. In addition, Mr. Miszkowicz is president of The Premier Companies. With 18 years in the field of mortgage banking, serving as president/owner of a mortgage company, real estate company, and real estate title company, and holding Illinois insurance licenses, he provides his clients with a multi-faceted approach to mortgage and real estate planning. Mr. Miszkowicz's expertise in real estate and real estate finance extends his work with both individuals and groups of real estate investors. His proficiency in finding niches for real estate investors provides his clients with unique investment opportunities resulting in safer investments and higher returns, on both residential and commercial real estate investments. Mr. Miszkowicz has an undergraduate degree in psychology and in May 2004 he completed certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). This elite professional designation is held by less than 6% of all realtors specializing in residential/commercial real estate investment.
