Ned Riley, Jr., is the founder and CEO of Riley Asset Management. Previously, he was a senior principal of State Street Global Advisors, which he joined in 1999. Mr. Riley was chief investment strategist where he was responsible for developing active fundamental investment policy for the firm's institutional and high-net-worth clients. Before that, he was BankBoston's chief investment officer where he directed the development and implementation of investment policy for $32 billion in assets under management. Mr. Riley also managed a staff of over 100 investment professionals. In addition, he managed and served on the Board of Trustees of the Boston 1784 Funds with $10 billion in assets. Prior to BankBoston, he was the president and operating officer for Eagle Investment Associates, a counseling firm focused on capitalizing on growth in the high-net-worth and small institutional universe. Mr. Riley has made frequent appearances on NBC, CBS, CNBC, BBC, CNN, Bloomberg TV, and New England Cable News.
