About Catherine
Catherine Avery has more than 40 years of experience in financial markets and institutional investing. She began her career at Oppenheimer Funds and became a portfolio manager at EF Hutton within two years. She later held senior investment roles at Prudential Securities and Dean Witter, managing teams and investing for mutual funds and managed accounts. In 2007, Catherine founded Catherine Avery Investment Management (CAIM), providing institutional-quality investment strategies and financial education for individuals, retirees, women, and institutions. She has earned 16 Top Gun awards from PSN Informa, including Top Guns Manager of the Decade, and has been featured in Bloomberg, Barron’s, CNBC, and Fox Business.
